When do I get the money in my account?

The same day at 5PM.

How long does the process take?

Same day money in your account is our motto! As long as we get your documents and are able to do an employment confirmation on the same day.

How do you collect the repayment?

We place a debit order on your account that you sign for.

How do I get an increase in my loan amount?

Once you have repaid at least 3 loans, you may apply for an increase.

What if I change banking or employment details?

You need to inform us of any changes to your banking or employment details PRIOR to your payday otherwise your credit record will be severely affected.

What if I am blacklisted?

That is fine as long as you are not under Administration Order or under Debt Review.

I just started a new job. Can you help me?

Unfortunately not. You need to have been in your current job for at least 3 months.
